Add a white background layer

Crop the unnecessary space away.

and merge the visible layers.

It looks great like this....BUT if you want a little sparkle....
duplicate the layer a total of 4 times.
Add a sparkle tube in different spots to each layer.

Like this.
Save as a psp file.

Open Animation Shop and the psp file.
Set the delay time to 50 on each frame so it's not so fast.

Test it....change the speed if you want.

and save it.
