Here is the zip with the image and font.

Open the image. CTRL D to duplicate the image.
Close the original. Image resize

about 50%

Color/Gray scale

Color/Increase Color Depth/ 16 million colors

Drag the image off the layer palette to duplicate the image size.
the reason is to keep the correct size aspect. Important when using masks.

Add a layer to the new image/delete the copy so the image is blank.

Fill with white.
Click on Masks/New/From Image

Pick the name of your horse image.
(Yours won't say horse.)
